CAN YOU TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN EARTH MINED DIAMOND AND A MAN MADE DIAMOND?

DOES LAB CREATED OR MAN MADE DIAMOND MEAN FAKE?
There are many ways to tell the difference between a fake diamond and the real thing. Turns out, the definition of a real diamond is not linked to origin (earth vs lab), but rather by its characteristics. Lab created or man made diamonds have been created replicating the earth's natural process, and will pass a diamond tester because of their identical characteristics.
IS A (CZ) CUBIC ZIRCONIA SAME AS A LAB GROWN DIAMOND?
Of corse not. Diamonds are made entirely from carbon, whereas cubic zirconia contains zero carbon! CZs are much weaker than diamonds and have different light performance and patterning. Any jeweler can easily tell the difference between a diamond and an inferior diamond simulant such as CZ or of any kind.
IS A SYNTHETIC DIAMOND THE SAME THING AS A LAB-GROWN DIAMOND?
Yes. Laboratory grown diamonds can be referred to as lab created diamonds, grown diamonds, synthetic diamonds, man-made diamonds, cultivated diamonds, or cultured diamonds.

If you are unsure how the customs process works in your country, please contact your Customs Department directly with any questions or concerns you may have in receiving your order from THEIA.
CAN YOU REPLICATE A DESIGN FROM AN IMAGE?
The more images you submit illustrating the different angles of your desired jewelry, the better it will help us craft it and produce a close-to-identical output. Every order is handcrafted to perfection by our experienced artisans so rest assured you will definitely get what you paid for.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payments made thru PAYPAL and all major Credit and Debit cards upon checkout. Rest assured, you can link your credit/debit cards securely and safely thru any of these payment methods. We also accept GCASH payments.

HOW DO YOU SHIP ORDERS AND WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATES?
Every DIAMOND orders shipping within the Philippines automatically qualifies
for FREE delivery via LBC!
International orders are shipped highly-insured and signature-required via FedEx International Priority shipping. A standard rate of only 4,450php to any international destination. The recipient is responsible for paying the Duty and Customs charges that may be applied at the time of entry into your country.
We may grant favors of sending the delivery as a gift (non taxable) as per request. Just CONTACT US after checking out.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
To ensure the highest level of quality, all of our jewelry is carefully handcrafted and most, if not all, are made-to-order for every client.
Once your order is received and processed, we will begin crafting - it will take approximately THREE TO FIVE business WEEKS to complete your jewelry. For personalized necklaces, it will take more or less a week.
Once done, we will either ship it domestically via LBC (which because of the pandemic might take 2-3 days within Mindanao and up to one week within Visayas and Luzon) or via CARGO KING (which only takes a day or two) or internationally in approximately 5 to 14 days depending on destination country.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & repair POLICY?
THEIA guarantees customer satisfaction in every purchase so if in any case you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return it in its ORIGINAL CONDITION WITHIN 15 DAYS of the date of delivery for an exchange of any item.

You must request your return authorization AND ship your jewelry back to us within this 14-day return period in its NEW, UNWORN and UNTAMPERED condition.
If your THEÍA jewelry is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair/remake at NO COST to you. Note that any work done by third party jewelers will void this guarantee.
Shipping cost will be shouldered by the client.
